This explains what Deskhue collects and why. Deskhue is run by Srinivasan Rangarajan, based in Chennai, India.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you ask for a free pack or pay for one.
• Your pack code, which describes the palette and wallpaper you chose.
• Payment details are entered on Razorpay's checkout. We receive only a payment and order reference, never your card or bank details.

How we use it

To deliver your pack, send a receipt or confirmation, answer your questions, and fix problems with an order. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Who processes it for us

• Razorpay handles payments.
• Resend sends our emails.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and runs its functions.

Each of these handles data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store small settings for the page to work. Razorpay's checkout may use its own cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order and request emails only as long as needed to support your purchase and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to hello@deskhue.online from the email address you used.
