Terms of Service

Last updated 8 November 2026

These terms cover your use of deskhue.online and the theme packs sold or given out here. Deskhue is run by Srinivasan Rangarajan, based in Chennai, India ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a pack you agree to these terms.

What we sell

A Deskhue pack is a set of digital files made from the palette you choose: a wallpaper image, color tokens for Figma, a Slack theme string, a Notion color list, and developer files. Packs are delivered as a zip file. We do not ship anything physical.

Prices and payment

The price is shown on the site before you pay, in Indian rupees, and includes any taxes that apply. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details. Each purchase is a one-time payment. We do not run subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.

Free packs

You can ask for a pack for free by giving your email. We aim to send it within a day or two but do not guarantee a delivery time, and we may decline or end the free option at any time.

Your licence

You may use a pack on your own devices and in your own or your employer's work, including client work. You may not resell, redistribute or share the pack files themselves as a product. The palettes are generated from colors, so no one owns a specific color, but the files we produce stay ours until you receive them under this licence.

Compatibility

Packs are provided as they are. Figma, Slack, Notion and other tools change how they accept themes and tokens, so we cannot promise a file will import the same way forever. Notion does not accept custom themes, so its file is a reference list of colors.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a pack is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai have jurisdiction.
