Refund and Cancellation Policy

Packs are digital files delivered right after payment, so they cannot be returned once downloaded. We still want you to get what you paid for.

You are eligible for a refund or a replacement if

• you were charged but the download did not start or the files will not open, and we cannot fix it;
• you were charged twice for the same pack; or
• the pack you received does not match the palette you ordered.

How to ask

Email hello@deskhue.online within 7 days of your purchase with your payment email and, if you have it, the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt. We will reply within 2 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. They usually reach your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Not eligible

Changing your mind after download, or not liking the colors, is not a reason for a refund. The live preview on the site shows the palette and wallpaper before you pay.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel. Every purchase is a single payment with no subscription or automatic renewal. Free requests can be withdrawn by emailing us.
